Countrywide Building’s pre- painted sheeting is a multi-layer coating system to ensure long life and optimum coating adherence. The steel substrate is hot dipped galvanized zinc or hot dipped zinc / aluminum coated. The surface of the metal coatings is then given a series of pre-treatments to ensure that they are completely clean. Countrywide Building’s cladding’s can be used for roofs and walls and are available with or without insulation.
SINGLE SKIN PANELS
The single skin panels are made from high quality coils having base metal of either Zincalume collated steel conforming to ASTM A 792M Grande 345B or Aluminum confirming to ASTM B 209 Alloy 3003 temper H26.
For decades the application of preformed, or roll-formed, metal wall panels have served building owners and architects as one of the best combinations of economy, service and design. Preformed metal panels still do so today, if not more so.

Sandwich panels are produced using Rigid Polyurethane foam core with external and internal steel sheets. These are suited for special buildings which need high quality thermal and noise insulation.
Sandwich Panels are typical single piece, modular, factory engineered units comprising of two metal faces sandwiching a highly efficient insulating materials like Polyurethane or Polystyrene. These are high performance building panels used for residential, commercial as well as industrial buildings.
The EPS panels are typically made by sandwiching a core of rigid foam (Expanded Polystyrene) insulation between two structural thin skins of pre-painted galvanized (PPGI) steel sheeting. EPS Sandwich panels are commonly used for residential, commercial & industrial purposes.
